    Description

    Responsibilities :

    • Operations and Maintenance: Perform regular L2/L3 operational tasks, including monitoring, management, troubleshooting, and resolving issues within Azure IaaS and PaaS services.
    • Incident Management: Respond to and resolve incidents, minimizing impact on services and ensuring SLAs are met.
    • Collaborate with L1 support teams and escalate complex issues to L3 experts as necessary.
    • Performance Tuning: Monitor and optimize the performance of Azure cloud services.
    • Implement best practices for scaling resources and reducing costs.
    • Security and Compliance: Implement and manage security policies and controls.
    • Ensure cloud environments comply with industry standards and company policies.
    • Disaster Recovery and Backup: Manage and test disaster recovery plans.
    • Ensure all Azure services are backed up and can be restored according to business requirements.
    • Automation: Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy using Azure automation tools and scripting languages.
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation for cloud operations, including configuration, processes, and service records.
    • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Azure features and capabilities.
    • Recommend improvements to operations and architecture to enhance performance and reduce costs.

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • At least 3 years of experience in cloud operations, specifically with Azure IaaS and PaaS.
    • Strong understanding of Azure services, management tools, and best practices.
    • Experience with automation and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Azure CLI).
    • Knowledge of networking, security, and compliance frameworks relevant to Azure.
    • Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment.

    Must have skills :

    • PAAS
    • Mandate.
    • Handling cloud platform.
    • Linux OS or Windows
    • Knowledge is also fine.
    • They have already enabled IaC using Terraform, so they are expecting us to suggest resources with Azure DevOps mindset and Terraform skills, mainly from an Infrastructure point of view (not the application CI/CD).
    • Azure DevOps Services for CI/CD pipeline.


    • Certification AZ104

    • If has he will be the right candidate for troubleshooting skills.
