Description
Telesales Executives will often work with a wider customer service team to help identify potential customers. They will make initial contact with these individuals to help generate sales.

  • Occasionally, Telesales Executives may have to deal with troubleshooting or complaints, so they will need to be great problem solvers.
  • Telesales Executives can also be called Telesales Representatives, Telemarketers, or Telephone Salespersons.
  • This role is a huge part of ecommerce businesses but will be present in most B2B and B2C businesses as a whole.
