1. E-commerce Management (Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal, Jiomart, Paytm &

  • Meesho) and understanding of how these platforms operate.
  • 1..
  • 2. Listing of products on all major Online Portals [Amazon, Flipkart, Tata Cliq,
  • Snapdeal, Paytmmall etc].
  • 3. Primary sales generation from Online Portal & Channel Partners.
  • 4. Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and
- efficiency.

  • 5. Manage warehouse, catalogue goods, plan routes and process shipments.
  • 6. Resolve any arising problems or complaints of customer & Online Portals.
  • 7. Business Growth (Revenue Generation, Responsible For Profit & Loss)
  • 8. Day to day coordination with category heads of Online Portals for smooth
- operation.

  • 9. Timely payment collection from Channel Partners & Online Portals & Online
- accounts as per terms.

  • 10. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement
- improvements

  • 11. Developing and implementing online marketing strategies to increase website
- traffic and drive sales.

  • 12. Managing the company's online store, ensuring that product listings are accurate,
- up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.

  • 13. Developing and managing relationships with online marketplaces and affiliates to
- expand the company's reach and sales channels.

  • 14. Analyzing sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities
- for improvement.

  • 15. Creating and managing promotions and special offers to encourage sales and
- repeat business.

  • 16. Managing customer service inquiries and ensuring that customers receive timely
- and accurate responses to their questions and concerns.

  • 17. Collaborating with other departments, such as Sr Sales, Dispatch, Account,
  • Production, Management to ensure that the online sales strategy aligns with the
- company's overall goals and objectives.


Salary:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Ecommerce: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
