Customer Service Executive (Noida Location)


Responsibilities:

Convert leads into sales by understanding customer needs and effectively presenting product information.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and advice to customers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the established guidelines.

Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Achieve individual and team targets and contribute to overall sales goals.

Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors' activities.

Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.


Requirements:

Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service or sales role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Proven ability to convert leads into sales.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
