Responsibilities_

- _Responsible for analyzing files and data based on standard processes provided to Genpact by Client in advance and mutually agreed between the Parties for existing and new BUs_
- _Responsible for reporting on 1099 outputs and files in acceptable formats as defined by standards provided to Genpact by Client in advance and mutually agreed between the Parties._
- _Assist Client with finalizing the global standard process and developing revised 1099 process standard operating procedures (SOP) as necessary._
- _Identify process improvements/automations to be implemented once agreed by onshore management._
- _Communicating in a timely manner any relevant information related to the process_
- _Ad-hoc reporting, based on internal and external requirement_
- _Maintaining high rigor to achieve defines process SLAs_

Minimum Skills_
Domain understanding for Accounts Payable (AP) and Payment_
1099 process applicability and other controls_
Communication skills_
Relevant experience in coordinating teams_
Highly proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Access)_
Ability to execute on stated objectives_
Goal orientated_
Preferred qualifications_

- _Advanced degree in accounting is preferred with working experience_
- _Personal culture and ability to deal with the client properly_
- _High motivation and willingness to learn_
- _Ability to work under time pressure_
