For one of these agencies, RKCS requires a AWS Java Architect

Description of the Job:

provide enhancements to the Health Economics Program (HEP) Data Portal to enable the collection and processing of healthcare transaction data as prescribed by new legislation.

Requires health care entities to provide data to MDH related to organizational transactions (e.g., mergers, acquisitions, transfers of assets).

MDH is then obligated to conduct analysis on the data as relates to the health care market and periodically report to the legislature.

The enhancements to the HEP Data Portal IT System under this engagement will enable MDH to meet these statutory obligations.
