Overview:

Responsibilities:

Sales / Marketing:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
Identify and qualify leads through travelling, cold calling, and networking activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products/services.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
Stay uptodate with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.

Office Operations:

Oversee daily office operations and ensure a wellorganized and efficient work environment.
Manage office supplies inventory and provide purchase requirements.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and recordkeeping, Tally invoicing.
Provide general administrative support to management and staff as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree needed
Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the ( STEEL / PVC AND WPC ) sector.
Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office suite ( EXCEL MANDATORY ).
Proficiency in TALLY preferable.
Resultsdriven with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering measurable marketing ROI.

Pay:
Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
