Responsibilities & Scope

• Responsible for managing media content like impact posts, success stories, pictures, videos, etc. for all social media sites (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and updating them regularly.

Responsible for managing content like articles, reports, blogs etc. on websites and updating them periodically.
Develop content for internal communication and various reports like donor reports, monthly reports, newsletter, brochure, marketing materials etc.
Ability to write/reply to posts, use hashtags, trends on various social media platforms.

Provide inputs on content optimization and work closely with the digital media team to make content more effective for users.

Comfortable working with MS Office tools (Word/Excel/PowerPoint etc). & other software pertaining to the content and digital media.
