Appoint network of retailers/ dealers/ distributors enhance market penetration and business
:
- To achieve sales targets of month, quarter, annual (Primary & Secondary) and build excellent client relationships.
- Ensure and achieve collection target on timely basis from market.
- Ensure proper display of the products, POP, etc in the market.
- Analyzing the market potential, forecasting sales and collection for the territory.
Expedite sales and marketing plan execution for new product, product promotion and implementation of business strategies to accomplish the decided targets
:
- Proficient at analyzing market trends to provide critical inputs for business development initiatives and formulation of selling and marketing strategies.
- Getting Balance confirmation from business partner every month.
Increase company product market share in the region
:
- Build team and motivate them for high performance.
- To provide market information and feedback on competitor schemes /meets (like retailer/dealers/ builders/architects/electrician).
- Preparing Weekly and Monthly reports and Target plans for monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly and sending same to RSM/BU head.
- Rest day to day work assigned.
