Key Responsibilities:

Pipeline Management: Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline, from initial contact to closure, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.

Product Demonstration: Conduct effective product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our software solutions to potential clients.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently striving for excellence in performance.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in software sales, with a preference for experience in selling CRM software.
  • Graduation in a technical stream (BCA, BE, B.tech preferred), providing a solid understanding of technical concepts.
  • Proven track record of success in selling software solutions, with a strong ability to close deals and achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Extroverted personality with a passion for building relationships and connecting with people.
