Job Summary:

Responsibilities includes answering customer questions, recommending solutions, and guiding them about registration, features and functionalities and field sales.

To be successful in this role, you must be an excellent communicator who can gain the trust of our clients.

You should also be knowledgeable about help desk software.

Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during procedures.


Responsibilities:


  • Call existing customers of Zyapaar and explain the benefits of our products and services
  • Achieve daily and monthly call targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to management on ways to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills, including knowledge of CRM software
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus

Qualification & Employment Criteria:


  • Graduation in Any stream
  • Experience in B2B sales Preferred
  • Mobile Phone & Vehicle is required

Salary:
Up to ₹18,000.00 per month

  • Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
