We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team in Indore.

The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for contacting potential clients via telephone to promote our digital marketing services and generate leads.

This role requires a commitment of at least one year.

Responsibilities:

Contact potential clients via telephone to introduce SG Gurukul Digital Marketing Agency and our range of digital marketing services.
Identify and qualify leads based on their interest, needs, and budgetary constraints.
Explain the benefits and features of our digital marketing solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
Schedule appointments and meetings for the business development team with interested prospects.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of calls, interactions, and lead status in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to move them through the sales pipeline.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

Requirements:

(We are seeking applicants who are comfortable with our salary range provided.)

Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a confident and persuasive telephone manner.
Must have a good communication skill in Hindi and English.
Ability to build rapport with prospects and overcome objections effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ensuring sucessful achievement of the target and objectives end of the month.
