Description
Excel to an advanced level is highly desirable.

Ability to communicate effectively to many different levels of stakeholders.

Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.


Requirements:


  • Build and maintain baseline schedules for Project Delivery Managers.
  • Build initial plans from Excel based costing tools and reviewed with Project Delivery Managers on a frequent basis.
  • Support scheduling activities for new projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Report monthly performance against plans, including risks to key milestones and interim client deliverables.
  • Conduct scheduled reviews with Project Delivery Managers to ensure that project plan dependencies are updated on at least a weekly basis.
  • Manage project scoping and helped to support the identification and documentation of out of scope activities.
  • Provide SME support in MSP.
To be responsible and accountable for daily and accurate completion of timesheets.
