    Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce QA Engineer with expertise in Selenium and Java to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionalities coupled with hands-on experience in test automation using Selenium WebDriver with Java. As a Salesforce QA Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce applications through automated testing methodologies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom-built solutions.
    • Utilize Selenium WebDriver with Java to design and implement automated test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
    • Identify, document, and prioritize defects, and work closely with development teams to facilitate their resolution.
    • Conduct end-to-end testing of Salesforce workflows, data migrations, and system integrations.
    • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies, including test automation frameworks and tools.
    • Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and industry trends to provide recommendations for enhancing system performance and usability.
