    Description

    About the Role

    In this position as Senior Software Development Engineer Salesforce, you will:

    • Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical requirements and design specifications.

      • About You:

      You are a good match for the Senior Software Development Engineer Salesforce role if your experience includes:

      • Years of Experience: Years.
      • Designing and developing custom solutions using the Salesforce Service Cloud platform, including custom objects, fields, and workflows.
      • Integrating the Salesforce Service Cloud with other systems and applications, such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
      • Collaborating with sales, customer service, and product development teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and provide a seamless customer experience.
      • Writing and testing Apex code and unit tests to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.
      • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the Salesforce Service Cloud platform.
      • Hands-on Experience in Service Cloud features like Case Management, Case Routing, Live Agent, Omni-Channel, and Knowledge Base to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
      • Knowledge in Live agent web chats, Role-based permissions, Team collaboration systems, Community Cloud integration, Service-level agreements (SLA) with visual timelines.
      • Designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
      • Integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and systems using REST/SOAP APIs, and managing data migration and integration processes.
      • Staying current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

        • Certifications

        1) Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.

        2) Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Consultant, Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer is a plus
