    Candidate needs to be physically in Pune /Bengaluru

    Job Summary
    The recruiter will act as a team player within the Global Resource Management team. Responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle for US clients. Build and maintain relationships with resource managers, working closely with them to expand and sustain US regional business. Follow the set process and best practices.

    Essential Functions
    Helps support the company's overall recruiting efforts, which include on-site recruiting, internet recruiting, and employee referrals.
    Responsible for learning and executing WWT recruitment and staffing initiatives
    Coordinates with resource managers to fulfill business needs.
    Posts jobs online, screens, organizes and tracks all applications and resumes within the company's applicant tracking tool.
    Attend cadence calls to ensure the candidates are moving through the process.
    Coordinates and conducts prescreening and technical interviews with resource managers.
    Expertise in US Visa (GC, H1B, L1, EAD, OPT, CPT) & Tax norms (W2, C2C, 1099) is mandatory
    Reviews and pre-qualifies potential candidates.
    Proactively researches and evaluates new sourcing ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies.
    Establishes and maintains relationships with active and passive candidates for current or future openings.
    Meets management/ leadership objectives and requirements as assigned throughout the year
    Requires individual to be a team player within the Global Resourcing team.

    Flexible working in CST (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST) /PST (8:30 PM IST to 5:30 AM IST) hours.

    Work Experience
    A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in US Staffing.
    A minimum of 4 years experience supporting Direct client staffing.
    A minimum of 2 years experience supporting VMS client staffing.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
    Expertise in the core principles, practices, and procedures related to recruiting and staffing.
    A passion for learning, leadership, and continued education.
    Excellent organizational, follow-up, and multi-tasking skills.
    Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
    Experience with internal ATS and VMS applications preferred - Bullhorn, Gustav, Daxtra, etc.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    Proactive attitude and work ethic.

    Education Level
    Bachelor's Degree
