- Identifying and evaluating potential partners such as large content companies and OEMs (Web & Mobile Apps) to integrate our HTML5 games for distribution.
- Minimum of Four years of experience in lead generation, contract closure, account management, etc.
- Knowledge of licensing agreements, revenue sharing deals, etc.
- Providing regular reports to senior management on partnership activities, progress, and performance against targets.
- Managing partner relationships, addressing issues or conflicts promptly and professionally.
- Experience with technology and proficiency in MS Office is crucial.
- Experience in the gaming and content industry is beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. An MBA is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Alliance Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the gaming or digital sales sector.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, with a proven history of successfully closing and managing strategic partnerships.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, focusing on revenue growth and business objectives.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, utilizing data for informed decisions.

Job Overview:
To support our continuous growth, we are actively seeking a dynamic Business Alliances Manager (Experience in the gaming industry is a plus) to strengthen and manage our collaborations with external partners.
