**Experienced in selling group insurance products to corporates and SMEs

  • Specializes in group Health and Life insurance products with known set of customers (group clients)
  • Experienced in employee health benefits
  • Has good connects in the SMEs spaces
  • Expected to convert existing customer base
  • Target based structure with incentives
  • Prospect for new accounts to generate new revenue opportunities for the group business
  • Prepare Strategies for key business client acquisition and qualify prospects by conducting face to face sales meetings and presentations with assigned team.
  • Plan & Launch Commercial of Group Business right from Inception.
  • Work closely with potential and existing clients to develop strategic partnerships that result in mutually beneficial financial outcomes.
  • Interact with clients to review business results, identify needs, and build long term solutions
  • Conceptualize and implement marketing strategies towards the achievement of acquisition.
  • Interact with the top management of companies, identifying the potential prospect & draft the business proposal for each company
  • Manage team performance, develop systems to monitor metrics, manage forecasts& pipeline process accurately.

Need:

  • At least 5 years' experience in selling group products and employees benefits schemes
  • Has worked in brokers and insurance intermediaries on commissions/ incentive structures
  • Has connects in both SMEs / Corporates and insurance companies
