- Role and Responsibilities:
- Establish new market & strong network of dealers and distributors in the assigned region with a
organization.- Develop strong and long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them
and understanding their needs.- Identify emerging market trends and shifts while being fully aware of competitive landscape.
- Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the region.
- Monitor sales team performance, analyze sales data and perform periodical forecasting and
- Formulate suitable strategies to drive customer loyalty, dealer & distributor loyalty.
Required Experience:
- TMT sales leadership experience of minimum years in Karnataka
- Must have experience of trade sales and marketing for TMT Rebars
