Having knowledge and hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, servers, Technical support, installation, troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance of hardware systems such as servers, routers, LANs, WANs, data communication systems, intranets, network admins, software support, laptops, desktop troubleshooting and support Video conferencing, AV and IT hardware, cabling, and crimping (color coding)

Excellent communication skills and written skills with knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
