Role and Responsibilities:

Gather and prioritize product requirements by collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, product managers, and development teams. Define product features and enhancements.

Assist in the development and maintenance of detailed product roadmaps, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines for product development and launch.

Facilitate the coordination of tasks and activities related to product development to ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams in order to meet project goals and deadlines.

Implement quality assurance measures to ensure that the developed products meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
Communicate product updates, developments, and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and senior management.
Provide support to the product management team and foster a collaborative work environment conducive to innovation and creativity.

MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience.
Prior relevant experience in the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) sector would be an added advantage.
Demonstrated success in achieving goals and objectives.
Strong bias for action and driving results in a high-performance environment.
Excellent communication skills, including strong presentation and data analytics skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Acceptable level of proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
