Responsibilities:


  • Actively sell SAAS solutions to potential clients, understanding their needs and effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Create and optimize sales funnels to streamline the sales process and maximize conversion rates.
  • Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations, and effectively close sales deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management.

Requirements:


  • Proven track record of success in selling SAAS solutions or related IT products/services.
  • Experience in creating and optimizing sales funnels to drive conversions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, conduct cold calls, and close sales deals.
  • Highly motivated, targetdriven, and resultsoriented individual.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in the IT industry is must.

Salary:
₹60, ₹100,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
