Description
Build a strong rapport with the past participants and generate opportunities and convert them into registrations

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective participants to introduce the company's services, engage in meaningful conversations, and identify potential opportunities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Growth Vidyapeeth's workshops, features, and benefits. Articulate the value proposition to potential clients, highlighting how it can positively impact their life
  • Engage in consultative selling techniques to understand clients' needs, provide tailored solutions, and address any questions or concerns they may have. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
  • Effectively manage and update the sales pipeline by tracking leads, followups, and sales activities using CRM software / Google Sheets. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of salesrelated information
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Provide valuable insights and feedback to optimize marketing strategies
  • Prepare regular sales reports, including sales activities, progress, and results. Present sales performance data to the Faculty and Project Head
  • Excellent Communication Skill is a must (Fluency in English, Hindi and if possible, Gujarati)
  • Love for talking with people and connecting with them
  • Good Listening Skills
  • An Eye for Details
  • Basic knowledge about Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
  • Strong Followup Skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
