    Description

    We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and impactful designs that communicate our brand message effectively. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop graphics for various platforms including print, digital, and social media.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Design eye-catching graphics for print and digital mediums such as brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, website assets, and more.
    2. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that align with our brand identity and objectives.
    3. Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software to create high-quality visuals.
    4. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our designs.
    5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    6. Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    7. Work closely with printers and other vendors to ensure the quality and accuracy of printed materials.
    8. Maintain a strong understanding of our target audience and tailor designs accordingly to maximize engagement and effectiveness.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
    2. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
    3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
    4. Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
    5. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    7. Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
    8. Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
    9. Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
