We started out as the oldest Co-working brand in Bangalore and it is now one of the largest chains of Co-working spaces in Bangalore.
It was established in the year 2014.We have a presence in multiple key locations in Bangalore on track to expand to multiple other key locations in Bangalore.
Beyond Co-working, we have entered other flexible leasing products like managed office and enterprise leasing solutions. We are also on track to enter asset-heavy real estate models in the near future.Role Summary:
The graphic designer & video editor is responsible for determining how best to graphically represent our creative work as a company.
It focuses on the development of high-level creative concepts for product design, including branding, animations, and infographics for video, print, and social media outlets.
Key Deliverables:
- Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
- Developing brand strategy and providing creative concepts and designs
- Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and websites
- Edit video clips for use on social media platforms;
- Create short videos to highlight, recap, and promote various endeavors and events
- Work autonomously and develop highquality concepts with mínimal instruction
- Manage timelines and prioritization of workload, and know when to ask for direction
- Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
- Liaising, briefing and advising the team with regard to design style, format, print production and timescales
- Ensure projects/campaigns are completed with high quality and on schedule
- Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images and video
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
- Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
Key Competencies:
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
- Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Adobe lightroom, CorelDraw, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Indesign and other graphic design software
- Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent eye for detail
