Role:

Leading a vertical that primarily offers solutions to global firms in specified sectors by matching them with service providers across the globe.

An AI-enabled platform would match the service providers with the solution seekers.

This role will bear the responsibility of ensuring the smooth functioning of the platform through regular & appropriate data inputs.

Responsibilities:

Reach out to the technology parks, incubation centres, startup hubs, industrial centres and other aggregators of service providers and enlist them as subsolution centres.
Increasing the enlisted solution provider database across the 16 identified sectors
Maximise the solution request submissions
Devise communication to promote and popularise the usage of our platform among seekers

Advise of marketingrelated channels to be used to drive higher penetration of our platform
Creating, updating & maintaining the database of the Organisations in specific sectors across India to serve as potential Technical/technology solution seekers and solution providers
Facilitating and assisting the solution seeker & providers on our platform to adopt its usage, including supporting them with troubleshooting issues that may arise.
Be familiar with and develop expertise & proficiency in using the Matching platform.
Attending and doing outbound calls for the verification of the product and services offered by the vendors

Be a go-getter, self-driven & disciplined

Ability to work long hours and unsupervised

Should take the initiative and should be determined to complete tasks by taking ownership

Desired Skills:
Must be tech-savvy

Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint,

Excellent Communication skills

Both English and Hindi, written and verbal, must be excellent

Attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in any stream.

Experience in working in a team.

Preferred 1-year experience in a profile requiring similar deliverables

Salary:

₹12, ₹24,000.00 per month
