Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing:

Receive and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure all order details are complete and meet the required specifications.
Coordinate with other departments, such as inventory and shipping, to fulfill orders promptly.

Customer Support:

Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients.

Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare and maintain salesrelated documents, such as contracts, quotes, and invoices.
Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and support decisionmaking.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Communication and Coordination:

Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate activities and ensure effective communication.
Communicate with other departments to facilitate the sales process.
Schedule and organize meetings, both internal and external, to discuss sales strategies and progress.

Sales Support:

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing presentations and proposals.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
