Responsibilities:

Design Creation:


  • Assist in the creation of visual content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with senior designers to develop eyecatching graphics that align with the company's brand identity.

Content Development:


  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for content creation.
  • Transform conceptual ideas into visually engaging designs for both digital and print media.

Project Support:


  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Support the execution of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery.

Software Proficiency:


  • Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create highquality designs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new design tools and techniques.

Brand Consistency:


  • Ensure that all designs adhere to the company's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to evolve and enhance the brand image through design.

Feedback and Revisions:


  • Accept constructive feedback from team members and make necessary revisions to designs.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback and continuously strive for improvement.

Communication:


  • Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to team members.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet objectives.

Research and Inspiration:


  • Stay informed about design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Research competitors and industry leaders to ensure our designs remain cuttingedge and relevant.

Qualifications:


  • Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality designs.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated passion for design and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹5, ₹10,000.00 per month
