Key Responsibilities
- Handle queries, requests & and complaints effectively to provide appropriate resolutions and alternatives within the defined timeline
- Go the extra mile to assist the customer and escalate in case of any breach of the predefined policy and guidelines
- Identify and onboard key consumer lifecycle journeys across channels
- Identify key content/propositions to improve retention, engagement & and revenue contribution, and execute the plan
- Coordinate with operations and other teams for execution
Key Requirements
- Proficiency in verbal & and written communication in English
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Strong active listening and comprehension skills
- MultitaskingTo be able to work in a blended process
Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
