    Key Responsibilities:

    • KPIs (budgeted profitability, DSO, new Wins, Loss, Retention rate, Development rate,) are reported correctly by the Account.
    • accurate & timely completion of month closing and assist Site teams in resolving control issues. Understand the new or change reporting requirement and cascade the same to site management.
    • support during Account budgeting and forecasting processes.
    • support in compilation of monthly comments (Flash, Dashboard) and the analysis of the performance.
    • of Monthly performance Deck for Account providing detailed performance visibility to sites and Account Director.
    • of the ad hoc analysis needed by various dimensions and drill down into data.
    • visibility of Account Receivable by delivering monthly by customer Receivable reports and dashboard

    In addition, the FP&A analyst will allow the FP&A team to include new tasks in their scope of responsibility:

    • standardized processes and reports in Account
    • detailed insightful reports for Account Director to help them make informed business decisions
    • involvement with sales and operations.
    • and validate all PNLs for organic and inorganic growth within the segment.

    Job Requirements

    • Qualifications - Bachelors Or Masters Degree in Finance
    • 5 - 8 years of finance related work experience in an MNC environment
