Position Summary**:

The Plant Finance Controller is a key leader on the plant leadership team and report operationally to the Plant Manager and functionally to the Regional Business Controller.

Contributes to all areas of plant management and provide strong financial leadership.

He is responsible for planning and coordinating plant budget and business planning activities in alignment with corporate policies and practices.

The incumbent will provide financial direction to the plant and provide recommendations to improve site performance.

Roles and Responsibilities**:

Maintain and implement systems and processes, which ensures that the systems and processes are operational in ways that makes best possible use of the resources available and effectiveness of controls.
Ensure that appropriate financial regulations and controls are in place and in use at all times.
Take responsibility for overall preparation and monitoring of the financial statements and business plans
Develop and implement dashboards to support the Business objectives
Prepare costing reports, analyse and report variances (Price, Cost, volumes and Mix)
Prepare and review detailed Financial Plan with the support of functional leaders.
Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, Annual and other Business reports for reviews with Local and Regional Management
Monitor and control over actual financial as per the Final Plan/ Forecast approved by the Management
Ensure that all finances are properly administered and monitored, including credit control
Support and ensure compliance to all regulatory reporting and filing obligations (including Statutory, Tax, Transfer Pricing audits and Direct and Indirect tax filings)
Ensure the activities, procedures and systems of the organization are in compliance with ASSA ABLOY group policies and practices
Undertaking any ad hoc projects as and when required by the Management.

Skills Required**:

Minimum 3 years of working experience in costing of Manufacturing company
Knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) reporting (Preferable)
Experience of SAP ERP (preferable)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and ERP system

Education Qualification & Experience required**:

Cost Accountant / Chartered Accountant

years' experience in manufacturing set up
