Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a GEM Tender Executive.

As a GEM (Government e-Marketplace) Tender Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process on the Government e-Marketplace platform.

Your role will involve efficiently handling tender submissions, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with all tender requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

GEM Tender Management:

Oversee the end-to-end process of tendering on the Government e-Marketplace platform, including identifying relevant tenders, preparing tender documents, and submitting bids within the specified deadlines.


Tender Documentation:

Prepare and review all required documents, such as technical bids, financial bids, and supporting certificates, ensuring they adhere to the guidelines set by the GEM portal.


Compliance and Eligibility:

Ensure that all tender submissions meet the eligibility criteria and comply with the terms and conditions specified by the procuring authorities.


Bid Tracking and Analysis:
Monitor the status of submitted tenders, track the progress, and provide regular updates to management. Analyze bid results and identify areas for improvement.

Coordination:

Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, finance, legal, and technical experts, to gather necessary inputs and ensure a cohesive bid submission.


Market Research:

Conduct research to identify potential tender opportunities and stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the relevant industry sectors.


Government Regulations:
Stay informed about government policies, procurement rules, and updates related to the Government e-Marketplace.

Vendor Registration and Renewal:

Assist vendors in the registration process on the GEM portal and ensure timely renewal of their registration as needed.


Communication:
Respond to queries from government authorities and other stakeholders related to tender submissions, clarifications, and post-bid discussions.

Reporting:
Generate reports on the tendering activities, including bid success rates, challenges faced, and recommendations for process improvements.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in handling GEM tenders or similar eprocurement platforms.
  • Familiarity with the Government eMarketplace (GEM) portal and its tendering process.
  • Knowledge of government procurement rules, tender evaluation procedures, and documentation requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tender submissions simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in preparing tender documents.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Analytical mindset to assess bid outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality in sensitive bidrelated matters.

Salary:
₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gandhinagar, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
