Responsibilities:


  • Partnering with HR Manager and Hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
  • Working with the /organization's recruitment plan.
  • Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
  • Drafting and posting job descriptions.
  • Screening Resumes, through ATS and other channels.
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers and the HR Manager
  • Administering appropriate company assessments
  • Making recommendations to company hiring managers
  • Completing timely reports on employment activity
  • Following up on the interview process status
  • Ensuring that staffing goals are achieved
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
  • Staying current on the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and state laws regarding employment practices
  • Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
  • Networking with various institutions and social media.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in any stream.
  • Proficient in M.S. Office Suite (Excel, MS Word, PPT, Forms, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work with Target Based Role
  • Excellent record keeping.
  • Handle heavy call volume
  • Ability to work in a startup, fastpaced environment
