Job Summary: We are seeking licensed clinical psychologist to join our team and provide high-quality mental health services to clients. The ideal candidate will have the curiosity and WILLINGNESS to LEARN and TEACH (internship students), basic expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of psychological disorders, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based interventions. The licensed clinical psychologists will work collaboratively with the Chief Clinical Psychologist in close coordination to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's needs. Additionally, the psychologist will be responsible for conducting assessments, providing individual and group therapy, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, including diagnostic interviews, psychological testing, and behavioral observations.
2. Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, preferences, and goals.
3. Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy using a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.
4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care physicians, to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment as required.
5. Monitor clients' progress throughout the course of treatment, adjusting interventions as needed to promote positive outcomes.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and billing records, in compliance with organizational standards.
7. Stay informed about current research, best practices, and emerging trends in the field of clinical psychology, incorporating new knowledge into clinical practice as appropriate.
8. Participate in supervision, consultation, and continuing education activities to support growth and development of students coming for various internships in the organization.
9. Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards of conduct established by relevant licensing boards and professional organizations.
10. Open to teaching students of psychology.
11. Research aptitude is essential.
12. Be willing to take responsibility for the work allocated and report the progress to assigned authority.
13. Assist in Corporate Meetings and workshops- excellent presentation and vocabulary skills essential.

Qualifications:

1. M.Phil or Psy.D. in clinical psychology from an accredited institution.
2. RCI registration is a must (those awaiting/eligible for RCI registration may apply).
3. Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health disorders across the lifespan.
4. Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in Psychotherapies and Counselling.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively.
6. Commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity in working with diverse populations.
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice.
8. Proficiency in basic computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Prior experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in outpatient mental health or integrated care settings.
2. Specialized training or certification in specific therapeutic modalities or areas of expertise (e.g., trauma-informed care, substance use disorders, eating disorders).
3. Experience providing supervision or training to psychology interns.

Working Hours: 3 days a week

Work Timings: 9:30AM- 4:30PM
