- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, including diagnostic interviews, psychological testing, and behavioral observations.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, preferences, and goals.
- Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy using a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care physicians, to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment as required.
- Monitor clients' progress throughout the course of treatment, adjusting interventions as needed to promote positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and billing records, in compliance with organizational standards.
- Stay informed about current research, best practices, and emerging trends in the field of clinical psychology, incorporating new knowledge into clinical practice as appropriate.
- Participate in supervision, consultation, and continuing education activities to support growth and development of students coming for various internships in the organization.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards of conduct established by relevant licensing boards and professional organizations.
- Open to teaching students of psychology.
- Research aptitude is essential.
- Be willing to take responsibility for the work allocated and report the progress to assigned authority.
- Assist in Corporate Meetings and workshops- excellent presentation and vocabulary skills essential.
- M.Phil or Psy.D. in clinical psychology from an accredited institution.
- RCI registration is a must (those awaiting/eligible for RCI registration may apply).
- Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health disorders across the lifespan.
- Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in Psychotherapies and Counselling.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively.
- Commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity in working with diverse populations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
- Prior experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in outpatient mental health or integrated care settings.
- Specialized training or certification in specific therapeutic modalities or areas of expertise (e.g., trauma-informed care, substance use disorders, eating disorders).
- Experience providing supervision or training to psychology interns.
