Description

The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to dealers of PVC doors, fabricators, and related products both within Kerala and outside Kerala.

The role involves effectively communicating in Hindi and English to engage with potential and existing clients, addressing their queries, and promoting the products.

The Telecaller must possess strong language proficiency, persuasive skills, and product knowledge to build and maintain fruitful relationships with dealers and fabricators.

Additionally, they will be expected to maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up on leads to achieve sales targets.


Salary:
Up to ₹50,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Malappuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Technical support: 3 years (preferred)
- tele sales: 3 years (preferred)
- total work: 3 years (preferred)


Language:


  • Hindi (preferred)
  • English (preferred)
