Description
Make outbound calls to a list of potential customers or leads provided by the company.

Introduce the company's products/services and explain their benefits to potential customers.

Follow a script (if provided) to maintain a consistent and professional approach during calls.

Identify and qualify sales opportunities by assessing customers' needs and interests.

Conduct market research to gather customer feedback and insights.

Handle inbound calls from customers, address inquiries, and resolve issues effectively.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the database.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, sales, or other performance metrics.

Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

Upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing customers where appropriate.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.

Ensure compliance with telemarketing regulations and company policies during calls.

Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the company's reputation and customer satisfaction.

Continuously improve communication and persuasion skills through training and feedback sessions.

Excellent verbal communication skills and fluency in the language used for calling (e.g., English).

Friendly, persuasive, and confident demeanor to engage customers effectively.

Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in pursuing leads.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not always necessary.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.

Willingness to work in shifts, especially if the call center operates 24/7.

Patience and empathy when dealing with customer inquiries and complaints.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:

- tele calling: 1 year (preferred)
