Job Summary:


The Business Support/ Office Assistant/ Executive Assistants responsible for coordinating, managing and administrating company-wide micro-management programs and processes to develop, update, track and maintain business tasks and duties as follows.


Description:


  • Communicate with b2b requirements and handling vendors
  • Backend website support (Shopify)
  • Content Creation (Canva preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information in a clear and concise manner
  • Vendor quotation and invoice processing
  • Customer billing
  • Periodic or impromptu reporting
  • Management support
  • Perform other duties as required

Required:

- (MS Office) Excellent Word/Excel/Power Point skills

  • Fluent in English
  • Social Media Management
  • Positive Attitude
  • Critical thinking, analytical, problemsolving, prioritizing, and time management skills desired.

Education/ Experience:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/ related field or a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in related field/s desired.

Salary:
₹7, ₹8,000.00 per month
