Job Summary:
The Business Support/ Office Assistant/ Executive Assistants responsible for coordinating, managing and administrating company-wide micro-management programs and processes to develop, update, track and maintain business tasks and duties as follows.
Description:
- Communicate with b2b requirements and handling vendors
- Backend website support (Shopify)
- Content Creation (Canva preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information in a clear and concise manner
- Vendor quotation and invoice processing
- Customer billing
- Periodic or impromptu reporting
- Management support
- Perform other duties as required
Required:
- (MS Office) Excellent Word/Excel/Power Point skills
- Fluent in English
- Social Media Management
- Positive Attitude
- Critical thinking, analytical, problemsolving, prioritizing, and time management skills desired.
Education/ Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/ related field or a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in related field/s desired.
