    Description

    Location- Noida

    Salary - 15 LPA

    Job Profile

    ● Brainstorm, Think, Ideate and Create the best in class Customer Experience Zones and Brand Centric Sales Galleries for Real Estate Projects

    ● You will Lead the Project and take care of all client coordination (not sales or business development though)

    ● Understand Client Requirements, understand the brand as well as the product in terms of positioning, target audience and USPs and thereafter come up with space layouts that can create unique, winning and memorable customer journeys

    ● Put life in your layouts by visualizing the entire space, materials, finishes in 3D studio max with the help of 3D Design Team

    ● Work Closely with Graphics and Tech teams to weave a lot of technology and environmental graphics into the spaces created

    ● Create Client presentation Decks

    ● Help in creation of working drawings and validating all drawings

    ● Preparation of BoQs

    ● On Site Works Coordination with Infernal and Vendor teams

    ● Client Coordination

    Candidate Profile

    ● Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture

    ● 3 - 5 Years of Experience

    ● People with relevant experience in commercial interior design (Offices/ Retail/ Hospitality)

    ● A Storyteller with Excellent creative thinking skills and be able to understand the Brand to translate the Brand language into interior design

    ● Good knowledge of new and upcoming trends, materials, Finishes

    ● Excellent Communication skills

    ● Good hand in AutoCAD, Sketchup bit of Photoshop/ Illustrator
