Description

We are looking to hire a committed and motivated person to work as a Telecaller in our Sales Department.

Your major objective is to increase our sales by connecting with both current and new consumers. You are totally in charge of handling sales over the phone as a Telecaller. Additionally, you are in charge of answering queries about the company's products and services.

Additionally, you should ask the clients for the information you need and keep cordial relationships with them. You must effectively conclude the sales agreement by understanding the customer's needs and desires. Additionally, you must document any significant information provided by the client and regularly follow up with them.

Responsibilities:

Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
Maintaining the database of the customer's information, payment method, purchase and reactions to product on a regular basis.
Meeting sales quotas.

Excellent communication skills.
