Major duties & responsibilities-

  • Meeting at distributor point with the team.
  • Manage Superstockist, managing claims, order delivery etc.
  • Review TSI and set priorities for the day.
  • Align and set the target for the team.
  • Address and solve issues at distributor point.
  • Tracking sales & productivity for the team

Required Skills & experience -

  • Should have experience in FMCG industry.
  • Should have good territory knowledge
  • Should be well versed with GTM processes.
  • Should be flexible to travel
  • Should have team management & distribution experience

Experience: 4+ Years


Education:
Any Bachelor's degree
