KEY DELIVERABLES:
- Assist the Homeroom Teacher (HRT) in whatever way is deemed necessary to ensure the smooth running of the classroom.
- Implement agreed strategies for classroom management.
- Facilitate opportunities for the children to engage in meaningful play.
- Lead large group, small group or individual instruction sessions that differentiate for learning needs and ability levels.
- Assist the Home Room teacher by supporting small group or individual instruction sessions that differentiate for learning needs and ability levels.
- Support student learning through questioning.
- Supervise students during morning and afterschool breaks and use appropriate strategies to maintain student behaviour in the learning environment.
- Show awareness of student needs and intervene in and interact with students when they face social, emotional, or physical challenges.
- Communicate student observations and interactions to the HRT and other appropriate faculty as required.
- Participate in discussions during team level meetings as required.
- To maintain an organized learning environment and aid in creating and developing learning resources and managing class systems under the direction of the HRT.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate degree or higher from an accredited institution
- B.Ed/E.C.C.Ed/PGCITE/PPTTC/A relevant qualification in the field of education.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience, IB experience preferable.
- A commitment to international education
OTHER DESIRED SKILLS:
- Knowledge of relevant technology.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Nearnative or better fluency in English
- Commitment to a diverse international education and successful experience in an international or multicultural community.
- Crosscultural openness and understanding, together with a willingness to become part of the local community in order to promote the school's interests.

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
