This role primarily involves understanding the requirements from different internal business teams (customer service, Sales, Collections and Operations).
Coordinate, prioritize and get the requirements developed by a central team which is a common pool of resources across Aditya Birla Capital Ltd.
Should have a thorough understanding of loan onboarding processes, after sales servicing, etc.
Should have worked on end to end implementations in past and exposure to CRM is preferred (CRM next, Salesforce, etc. MS CRM preferred.).
