    As a Sr.

    Procurement Project Management Specialist, you willhave a strong understanding of project management activities, including the end-to-endproject management process in a fast paced, complex business environment.

    Youwill coordinate with ISC Analytics with creation & maintenance ofdashboards and reports in PowerBI , Tableau and other analytical tools.

    Youwill work within a team of collaborative colleagues, working on high-impactprojects that move the business forward.

    You will help your team meetdeadlines, track, monitor and summarize progress of projects, and prepare analyticsand reports for senior leadership regarding the status of projects and keymetrics for the Procurement function....


    KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
    Development of Dashboards for tracking and reporting on Key Performance Indicators
    Partners with ISC Analytics teams in driving automation and standardization of reports & performance dashboards
    Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules, prepares status reports.
    Assesses internal customer requirements and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives.
    Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress, intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and customers


    YouMust Have:
    Degree in Business or Supply Chain
    3+ years' experience in Supply Chain / Procurement
    Experience working in global Team Environment
    Project Management Experience
    Good decision-making; uses analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment in making sound decisions.
    Knowledge of Procurement processes and systems
    Problem solving skillsets

    Strong Technical Knowledge with proficiency in Tableau, PowerBI, and other analytical tools
    Excellent written and oral communication skills
    Able to articulate points of view with senior leaders, but execute plans when directed
    Strong project management skills including the ability to manage & balance multiple priorities.
    Demonstrated ability to think strategically with deep understanding of critical data elements.
    Strong leadership skills and ability to direct a cross functional team
