Job Location :
Kolar, Karnataka/ Chamarajanagar, Mysuru

Responsibilities:


  • Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and products.
  • Organize and maintain proper storage of inventory in the factory store.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and labeling of items for easy retrieval.
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to prevent shortages.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies and maintain accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill internal material requests.
  • Prepare and pack orders for delivery to production lines or external customers.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for the timely delivery of materials.
  • Implement and maintain safety and security measures in the store.
  • Keep records of stock transactions, including receipts and withdrawals.
  • Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and other related metrics.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Clerk, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (if applicable).
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management software.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy items.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in warehouse management is a plus.

₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
