Communication Representative


Position Overview:
We are seeking a customer-oriented and motivated Communication Representative to join our team.

As a Communication Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.

Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, provide information, and gather feedback.

Identify and assess customers' needs, striving to provide accurate and timely solutions.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures to effectively assist customers.


Utilize effective questioning and active listening skills to understand and empathize with customers, ensuring their concerns are acknowledged and resolved.

Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding billing, account status, product features, and any other relevant details.

Enter and update customer information accurately in the call center database or CRM system.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors for further investigation and resolution.

Meet individual and team performance targets, including call handling metrics, customer satisfaction ratings, and productivity goals.

Follow call center scripts and protocols when required, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines.

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions, even in challenging situations.

Continuously strive to improve call handling skills, product knowledge, and customer service techniques through ongoing training and development.


Qualifications:
High school or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.

Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in the native language, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.

Strong active listening and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and find appropriate resolutions.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Proficient computer skills and familiarity with call center technology, including CRM systems, phone systems, and call monitoring software.

Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and work effectively in a team environment.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per the call requirements.
