    Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Engineers to be the backbone of our Data Science and Software Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in programming fundamentals, expert-level knowledge of SQL, Python, and Apache Spark. You will play a pivotal role in developing complex data pipelines and algorithms, designing scalable software solutions, and driving our data-centric projects to success.

    Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and implement advanced data-driven solutions to complex problems.
    • Lead the development and optimization of our data processing pipelines using Apache Spark.
    • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python and SQL.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide expert guidance on data modeling, analysis, and engineering solutions.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data science and software engineering to drive innovation within the team.

    Qualification

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 4+ years of professional experience in data science and software engineering.
    • Strong programming fundamentals, with proficiency in Python and SQL.
    • Demonstrated experience in building scalable data processing pipelines and data modeling.
    • Familiarity with machine learning algorithms, and statistical analysis is a plus.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex issues that require in-depth analysis and evaluation.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and DevOps tools is a plus.
