About the job

Responsibilities for Inside Sales Specialist

  • Conduct research on the background of potential clients and gather other relevant information to prepare for prospect calls.
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities by soliciting new accounts and establishing good customer relationships that last for the long term.
  • Analyze customer buying patterns and provide management with regular reports.
  • Update and maintain CRM information related to leads, prospects, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams to develop business outreach activities.
  • Utilize innovative tools for business outreach and gotomarket activities.
  • Ability to work in a targetoriented environment with P/L responsibilities.

Required Experience

  • Experience in working Inside Sales environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of business.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet aggressive deadlines
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service and account management
  • Ability to develop and implement creative solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills
  • Deep understanding of business models and ability to drive behavior to support revenue goals

Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
