Job Role:
Major responsibilities includes

  • As a Compliance team member the role involves certain key activities like:
  • Review and approval of of product/process notes for Retail products from KYC and regulatory perspective
  • Review and approval of creatives, press releases, customer communications from regulatory perspective
  • Track new circulars issued with respect to various Retail products and ensure implementation
  • Collate and submit regulatory reports as per defined periodicity to RBI
  • Compliance testing of new products launched
  • Miscellaneous activities like compliance newsletter, Board note, review of RCSA, BCP for compliance, etc

Job Requirements:

  • Should be familiar with following products and their regulatory framework : Debit/credit cards, Prepaid cards, ATM, locker, NPCI products, CASA, PA/PG, etc
  • Should be well versed with regulatory framework around KYC/AML.
  • Should be familiar in working on Excel. Familiarity with digital products/journeys and understanding of risks therein would be an added advantage.
  • Staff with Retail liability experience or experience in functions like process/audit/operational risk, etc with additional qualification / certification in KYC/AML would be preferred.
  • Should have good verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • CA / MBA /Post Graduate with at least five years [AS(K1] of banking experience would be preferred.
