We are seeking a dynamic and proactive women to join our team as a Backend Sales Support cum Telesales Executive.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales team by handling backend operations, providing administrative assistance, and serving as the first point of contact for visitors and clients at the reception.

Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

Assist the sales team in maintaining customer relationships and managing client accounts on MS Excel.
Follow up with potential clients for scheduling meetings.
Generate reports on sales performance and assist in collating data.

Administrative Duties:

Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
Manage and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and maintain various reports and documents related to sales and administration.
Support in organizing meetings, conferences, and events as needed.

Receptionist Duties:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean and organized.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Communication:

Effectively communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Relay messages and information accurately and promptly.
Respond to inquiries and provide information to visitors and callers.

Problem Solving:

Address customer inquiries and concerns with a customercentric approach.
Collaborate with the sales team to resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, or services.

Salary:
₹18, ₹28,000.00 per month
