Sr. Customer Support Executive cum business developer - Job description

Key Accountabilities

  • Search potential boat owners in the required market.
  • Reaching out to them through the best mode of communication.
  • Getting them signed up
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward renters and boat owners at all times
  • Responding promptly to renters/boat owners inquiries
  • Communicating with renters/boat owners through various channels
  • Acknowledging and resolving renters/boat owners complaints
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can independently answer questions
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Qualifications/ Desired skills:

College degree in any area

2+ years of related experience

Highly organized and able to manage information and schedules in a fast-paced demanding environment

Great communication skills, attention to details

Good convincing power

Familiarity with CRM like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho

Sales skills

Experience in travel and tourism industry, hospitality


Location:
Remote


Special requirements:
Availability to work US EST hours

Flexibility to work on any days of the week


Salary:
₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
